ArchitecturalDigest.com Redesign

Architectural Digest stands for "The International Design Authority".  With its 95 years of history, the brand has established deep emotional connections with its loyal readers, however it needed to open up their brand to engage a broader, younger design enthusiasts.  By shifting its digital presence from "siloed, flat, and varied" to "engaging, curated, and scalable", the new ArchitecturalDigest.com engages users with latest design news, enticing photography, and in-depth coverage on design trends.

Condé Nast x Apple News

As part of the initial Apple News launch, Condé Nast delivered a rich, immersive reading experience for its mobile readers.  The design process involved analyzing content types and core components and creating a systematic design framework that works for all Condé Nast publication brands including Vogue, GQ, Condé Nast Traveler, Teen Vogue, and Vanity Fair.

Thor Equities Digital

Since its start in 1986, Thor Equities' real estate service has established a tremendous growth.  The company needed a new digital presence that captured an active portrayal of Thor's depth, vertically integrated service, and the best quality commercial real estate offerings.  The new ThorEquities.com assists in the human-to-human business interactions and results in fostering strong relationships among the company, investors, and brokers.

Mikimoto America E-commerce

Mikimoto, a Japanese high-end pearl jewelry brand, is a global authority in the pearl market.  Mikimoto America had a great opportunity to develop its new audience base in the U.S. market and a new website design was key to its success.  The new MikimotoAmerica.com offers an inviting and tailored experience that engages an incredibly niche, high-end crowd and evolve the trustworthy brand-customer relationship through rich visual story telling, seamless e-commerce experience, and personalization features.

Aer Lingus Website Redesign 

Aer Lingus, an Irish airline with 80 years of service, provides a full service experience delivered with openness and care.  Their new digital presence needed to reflect this brand promise and aid in fostering deeper customer relationships.  The new AerLingus.com offers a variety of new features that are tailored to different user needs, e.g., Fast track booker business travelers, Vacation discovery tool for short break explorers.

JetBlue Digital Refresh

For a value-oriented airline, the travel industry has become a highly fragmented market with competition with online travel agents and rich search engines.  To compete in this market, JetBlue was in need to strengthen their brand presence and customer experience through digital and take the brand to the next level by bringing its brand promise back to a digital space.  The initiative included redesign of their website and establishment of new mobile channels including iPhone and Android applications

Role: Lead UX designer

  • Digital ecosystem and experience map creation

Citi Network Direct Tablet App

Institutional banking is a complex function that requires extensive effort in monitoring market activities and comprehending political and cultural context.  With 90+ market coverage, Citi had an opportunity to strengthen and sustain their long-term client relationship through providing better customer experience and market knowledge sharing.  The solution was to create a tablet application that offers their clients an easy way to monitor their investments, quickly connect with Citi representatives, and obtain in-depth market insights.

JetBlue FlyFi: In-flight WiFi Portal

The objective of this project was to successfully launch and introduce JetBlue's new in-flight WiFi product and communicate product offerings including: multiple WiFi access plans and free/paid exclusive content. Working with their satellite technology partner LiveTV and ViaSat, the team collaboratively put together a launch product strategy that aims to offer an integrated, intuitive WiFi experience to the customers and keep them informed about availability of in-flight Wifi accessibility and exclusive content.

Old El Paso Digital 

Old El Paso believes relationships are key to happiness and joy.  With its brand purpose "Bring people together with SAZÓN", Old El Paso was ready to translate the spirit to its digital ecosystem.  Through seamless social and content integration, the goal was to create an engaging consumer experience that not only consolidates their product line but offer meaningful product experience that is relevant to the family cookers and their family members celebration dining scene.
