OPEN GREEN MAP

Client: Green Map System (2007-2010)

Open Green Map is a crowd-sourced mapping platform where people can chart natural, cultural, and green living sites in their community and worldwide. Green Map System has been publishing locally-led mapping projects around the world, focusing on sustainability and open space.

I joined the team in 2007 and worked on information architecture, wire frame, and interface design of Open Green Map. In 2009, the development focus moved onto mobile website and iphone application, which allows user to find green resources based on geo-location and location search. In this project, I took part in interaction and visual design, and front-end development.
